Riana on the P3 Relationship: I have been a customer of P3 for many years now, it is so exciting to be working with the team official in an Ambassador Role. Everyone knows my passion for Health and Fitness but throughout the years I have always faced muscle fatigue and injury. P3 is such a wonderful facility to assist in my recovery and it has helped get me back to training faster and maintain a peak fitness level. There is nothing more relaxing than a sneaky snooze in the dry therapy lounge or waking up the body with an Ice Bath!
